النسائية تناقش قضايا تعـدد الزوجات وزواج القاصرات

تنظّم جمعية البحرين النسائية للتنمية الإنسانية في العاشر من يوليو 2010م الحلقة النقاشية الرابعة والأخيرة ضمن مشروع “المرأة.. نظرة تجديدية” والتي تحمل عنو ان “نحو شراكة أسرية ناجحة”. تناقش تلك الحلقة التي تعتبر ختام الحلقات النقاشية التي عقدتها البحرين النسائية على مدى عام كامل قضيتي تعدد الزوجات وزواج القاصرات، حيث سيتم مناقشة القضيتين من الجانب القرآني والجانب الاجتماعي.

يشارك في تلك الحلقة المفكر البحريني الأستاذ عيسى الشارقي من جمعية التجديد الثقافية الاجتماعية بورقة بحثية حول آية التعدد في القرآن يتطرق فيها إلى فهم تعدد الزوجات في الإسلام، فيما تشارك المحامية مرفت أبو تيج من جمهورية مصر العربية بورقة عمل تتطرق فيها إلى واقع تعدد الزوجات في المجتمعات العربية والإسلامية، والجوانب الإيجابية والسلبية والتبعات القانونية والاجتماعية لقضية تعدد الزوجات على الأسرة بشكل عام والمرأة بشكل خاص .

فيما تتطرق الجلسة الثانية من الحلقة النقاشية إلى قضية زواج القاصرات في المجتمعات العربية والإسلامية، وآثاره على نهوض المرأة والمجتمع بشكل عام، والآليات التشريعية والقانونية للحد من ظاهرة زواج القاصرات في المجتمع العربي.

وتتوجه الحلقات النقاشية التي تنظّمها جمعية البحرين النسائية للتنمية الإنسانية إلى المجتمع بأسره.. رجالاً ونساءً من أجل تشكيل مجتمع واعي بحقوق المرأة ودورها الإنساني. ويتميز مشروع “المرأة.. نظرة تجديدية” بالمحتوى التجديدي الذي يطرحه البرنامج في النظر إلى قضايا المرأة.

ويعدُّ هذا المشروع تفعيلا لمؤتمر “النهوض بالمرأة.. رؤية إنسانية” الذي نظمته الجمعية في العام 2007م، وقد دُشِّن المشروع في مارس 2009 متوافقاً مع يوم الأسرة.

الجدير بالذكر أن مشروع المرأة نظرة تجديدية يهدف إلى استعراض الإشكالات الواردة حول مكانة المرأة وأهليتها للقيام بدورها الإنساني. وعرض ومناقشة الآراء الفقهية التجديدية فيما له علاقة بالمرأة والأسرة. إضافةً لتسليط الضوء على بعض القضايا الواقعيّة الراهنة التي تمثل معوقات أساسية تحول دون نيل المرأة لحقوقها الإنسانية مع محاولة الخروج بمعالجات تجديدية متنوّرة لقضايا المرأة ذات الجدل.

Bahrain Womens Association will be discussing issues of  polygamy and underage marriage In holding its fourth and final panel discussion within the project Women ..   New Paradigm

Bahrain Women Association – for Human Development will conduct on the 10 ^th of July 2010, the fourth seminar which is the final  part of the project “Women .. New paradigm” with the title “Towards a successful family partnership.”. This workshop, which is the end of seminars held by the BWA during one year, will discuss issues of polygamy and the underage marriage, focusing on the perspective of the Holy Quran and the social aspect.

Mr. Issa Al Sharji the Bahraini scholar from Tajdeed Cultural and Social Society will Participate in the seminar by presenting a paper highlighting the polygamy verse in the Quran which deals with the understanding of polygamy in Islam, and Mrs. Mervat Abu Tig the legal councilor ( attorney )  from Egypt will present a paper addresses the reality of polygamy in the Arab and Islamic community , with both positive and negative aspects, and consequences of legal and social issue of polygamy on the family in general and women in particular.

The second session of the seminar deals with the issue of underage marriage in the Arab and Islamic societies, and its effects on the advancement of women and society in general, the session will discuss legislative and legal mechanisms to curb underage marriage in Arab society.

These seminars organized by BWA is oriented to the community as a whole .. Men and women to form a society conscious of womens rights and its humanitarian role. The project “Women .. New Paradigm” is recognized by its innovative content posed by the “ Women Empowerment”  program to look at womens issues.

This project is considered as an outcome of  the “Women Advancement .. humane vision”, which was organized by BWA in 2007, the project “ Women .. New Paradigm”  was launched in March 2009 is conjunction  with the Family Day.

It is notable that “Women .. New Paradigm” project aims to review the problematic contained on the status of women and their eligibility for a humanitarian role. And to present and discuss innovative jurisprudence (doctrine ) relating to women and family. In addition to shed light on some real current issues that represent the fundamental impediments preventing women of attaining their  human rights. The project aims to try out enlightened innovative solutions on womens issues of controversy.
